Poor or no Contact details Takealot

I would just like to know why they only have one contact nuimber *** which when they finallyanswer it is for the delivery service which finally just cuts the connection.No service centre number so one could speak to a person no email adress I found one sent a mail to'fzietsman@***x' and on reply.Not even a headoffice number For a large orginisation as takalot it is ridiculous
