Poor online service

I have logged on several times to purchase items and the network was always jamming and due to this u purchased an item which was not needed. I am unable to cancel it and I have already paid for the item. They should know it is black Friday and they should accomodate for people using this site. Very poor online service and I won't use this service again which was a nightmare!
