Poor Management of products

I have bought a Spark 7 pro for R4.299 shipped the wrong phone. The cellphone box were damaged and not new condition. Takealot is not what it used to be. I will not be making a purchase with them again. Its was a birthday present and I will be arriving without any present at all. Thank you takealot!!! Ive asked them to speak to the manager but looks like they are to busy for their own customers.
