Poor & Incorrect HDD Packaging-RMA Request-4th
TAKEALOT-Order No: *** Inv: *** - Poor & Incorrect HDD Packaging - RMA Request - 4th Time<br> I am at a absolute dumfounded loss for words regarding the latest RRN (replacement) package I received from Takealot. To be frank & honest, I am really not too sure of what is going on at the Takealot HDD packaging line in the Takealot/ delivery warehouse nor what is the matter with the packaging line management. I say this as a ICT Pro, clearly there is a serious problem. As only a complete ... lack of training... lack of guidelines and lack of customer care would cause a valuable and sensitive cargo such as a set (2) of internal 3.5\ HDD to be packaged in the exact same way as the previous 4 times (WHICH WERE ALSO PACKAGED INCORRECTLY). Only this time the HDD's were packaged in a slimmer flatter box
