Poor "help"/"contact us" features

The new "help" features are not helpful, telephone numbers do not work, emails can no longer be sent, 404 errors when submitting forms online.

It used to be really easy and efficient to contact you in the case of a problem. Now its like you are giving the customer the runaround on purpose!

Not a happy customer. Spent my whole morning trying to contact Takealot to change the delivery date of an order, but not managing to get anywhere!
