Poor handling of order yet again. Poor customer service all around

Yesterday (24.09.06), my Takelot.com order was supposed to be delivered before 17h00. Because I didn't want to miss the delivery, I stayed at home and waited. My order was never delivered. I don't know why Takealot.com, who have their own delivery services, trusted a third party to do their job. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to me. I have things to do, which require me to leave my house in order to have them done. I tried raising an issue with Takealot.com yesterday, but I was told that they are waiting for feedback from The Courier Guy to find out why my order was not delivered. I have no idea why I trusted Takelot.com again and placed an order, as the past is now repeating itself. No feedback from them still.
