Poor feedback to takealot consultants

I bought Growatt solar inverter 48v for R8999 which worked for few months and started showed faulty. I logged product return and they came and collect the item on 15/11/21. They send me an email after three days requesting me to confirm the day which they can come and collect the missing Items (CD and CPU cable). I did reply to the email they send someone to come and collect on 26/11/21 from there no updates given to me. When i check the status of return it says rejected due to missing items which they collected from me, called consultant for a follow-up they keeps on telling me the same story that they will escalate the issue to warehouse in Jhb but no one is coming to me with feedback.
