Poor feedback/ response!

Takealot delivered damage fridge. Minutes after delivery I did the return as per takealot site. No one contacted me to ask for more info. I have taken photos to get credit as I decided to upgrade the fridge. Very frustrated as they not reach out ro me. I had contact them and they have excuses on it needs to reach the warehouse. We on day 3????????? I nees that fridge....who will pay for my food going down?????
