Poor feedback and horrible service

Does anyone have a contact number for Takealot where one can speak to a manager or supervisor? Worst ever service!!! Couriers/warehouse damaged our air fryer that was sent in for an assessment whilst it was still under warranty. No feedback or follow-up. Just generic messages from no one with any influence! 😡😡😡😡
