poor feedback and communication on order ***6

On placing a order on 30/06/2018 the items were in stock and est delivery date was the 03/07/2018. Once payment was made the est delivery date was the 05/07/2018. Following up on the order on the 10/07/2018 I was promised delivery by 3pm on the 11/07/2018, and the track feature on the website says the same thing. Its 6pm spoke to the call centre and the lady tells me the order is not even at the warehouse nevermind with the courier........
