Poor feedback

I bought a phone from takealot june 2025 nov the phone started with issues i logged a return on the 21 st the phone was collected the 22nd des 2025 im still struggeling for them to sort out my phone now the phone was repaired according to the supplier he wants to courier the device back thats not proto call for takealot something fishy is going on i just want a replacement phone or credit to purchase a new phone now i get ignored
