Poor exchange service from Takealot.com

I ordered a Dji drone mini2 se fly more combo on the 25th of March 2022 and paid for same day delivery. The drone had a defective batery and I logged a exchange with takealot on the 28th of March. On the 29th they collected the drone and since then I don't get any concrete feedback on when I will receive my exchange. Spoke to several consultants that work from home and has no idea what's going on. All of them just tel me 2-3 days and they will escalate it to the warehouse. 3 days is already over and stil no feedback. I'm realy disappointed to pay R8000 for a product and paying for the same day delivery. But I don't have my product. I will think twice before order again from Takealot.
