Poor exchange and return item service

Hi My Name is Karao Moabi, I've been buying from take a lot since last year and I never had a problem. I was happy with their service and all that. I started to encounter the problem now after they deliver a wrong brand Item I bought Hitachi Angle grinder yet they deliver some funny name grinder, then I had to take it back till today I never got a communication from then is been 2 weeks now my reference for that return is as follows : RRN-226b-097a
