POOR EMAIL SERVICE!!!

Takealot email service is poor!!! I returned a BLUETTI Power station (MRRN-FM0Z5-GNGR) last week as it suddenly stopped charging. It was collected very quick. I have sent a couple of emails for days requesting an update or some sort of feedback to no avail. Either no one monitors the emails, or they are just simply ignored.
