Poor, disappointing and false advertising

Very disappointed and disgusted in Takealot. I ordered items and paid for the items that were ordered. Like 8 hours later I start getting emails that they are canceling my order bit by but as they don't have the stock. I went back in and I could reorder most of the items but at a much more expensive price. So at the end of the day, they advertised items at a cheaper price and then wouldn't supply. FALSE ADVERTISING The thing that hurts the most is the fact that I have to now explain to my kids why they are not getting the top model books and other items anymore.

This is poor service and very disappointing. They advertised the items for a certain price and then they should deliver at the price advertised.

I wonder how many times this happens to people.

Pay for stuff and then get told sorry. The whole principle boils down to having to explain to my kids they no longer receiving the items order.

Shocking really shocking.

So I either have to reorder at a more expensive price or just leave it.
