Poor Delivery/Collect Services

I purchased an item (Apple iPhone 7 Plus Replacement Screen) on Takealot.com but every single time their driver reschedules the delivery but does not bother to call or knock on my door.

Eventually the item arrived and they sent the incorrect size ordered from their website.

I contacted them via an old email address found (they have limited means of contact other than an automated bot) I logged the return and EVERY single time the driver promises to collect the item but never arrives which he then reschedules and reschedules so it looks like I'm unavailable to do the handover. I even took leave to wait all day for someone to collect the item.

Now, my returned is cancelled and not one person has contacted me to reach out why the item was not returned.
