Poor delivery turnaround not meeting your own SLA

They do not care about customers . I placed an order and paid on 25th all the items were listed availability in CT and they gave a false impression that in 2 business day will be delivered. Further more the 31 Jan dated they mentioned has not been delivered for order #***
