Poor delivery tracking and not on schedule!

My order [***] was supposed to be delivered on 21/11/2022 08:00 -17:00 to Potchefstroom, but nobody pitched up. I called the *** number just after 5pm and it just cutoff after the office hours were read out. I also sent an email to the Takealot help-centre's 'contact us' but so far, no resolution. Come on Takealot, you can do better!
