Poor delivery time frame

I have purchased a few times and all orders was delivered within 1/2 days which was outstanding <br> My latest order has not been delivered after 7 days today being the 8th day. I have called numerous times and to be told that your courier has sub the delivery to Skynet but can only e mail them. Ayesha was helpful and said it will be delivers on the 5th day at my office or at home but did not happen. The tracking number given to me for Skynet was wrong ac coring to Skynet yet i confirmed it on the phone with Takealot. Skynet also has a poor call centre. Another rep stated the courier has taken on this additional area hence the delay in deliveries. which was not told to me. All emails and calls meant nothing to Takealot as it is not addressed as yet. I still need to buy stuff from them but have lost faith in Takealot due to their lack of feedback or understanding of priority.
