Poor delivery time and *********** staff

Yet again another poor service provided in SA. My package was scheduled to arrive before 5pm. It is now 5:47pm and my package has still not arrived.

The staff at the call centre is absolutely useless. All the stupid women says is the package has left and is in transit. That does not help me at all.

I am not waiting at work for nothing due to poor service from Takealot.com

When I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor then the lady says there is no one there and give me a number to call( ********** 000)

??????????????????? Can you'll provide a service like this. It is shocking really.
