Poor delivery service Takealot.com

I have been dealing with Takealot for a very long time, I ordered a few items on line, they give you a estimate delivery time when payment is made. After they are ready they give you delevered by date. My problem is that they gave me the delivery by date to be on the 19th October 2018, then I get a different delivery date for the 23rd October 2018 I really think its very unprofessional I am not sure if Takealot has made the mistake or there courier service is letting them down. Please look into this because this could spoil your reputation. Order number ********** 0
