Poor Delivery service of parcels to clients

I just go off a phone with Amanda to ask since my parcel is not yet delivered, and I already knocked off, currently in a bus to Pretoria gautrain station going back to joburg, can't she ask the delivery guy to meet me at the station. She said no, why can't I reschedule for the next day. I told her to cancel my order cos how long will I keep rescheduling for if the delivery guy is not at my delivery address which is my workplace before I knock off?tomorrow it will be the same thing again then I'll have to reschedule and then the same thing..... So how long? Management has to look into their policy especially the "delivery clause. Not happy at all
