Poor delivery service from takelot

Takealot service is going bad. 1st i ordered a set of headphones which was defective and got back my refund. I ordered another set of headphones delivery was scheduled for 6 February 2021 however i received a notification that the receipient was not available. I have been waiting for the order which was out for delivery at 8am to get notified this at 12pm whilst i was still waiting. Are the delivery guys really delivering or running there own personal deliveries?
