Poor Delivery service from driver

I ordered items from takealot as I never had an issue with their service but today your driver was just very rude. Called me in a hurry not knowing this was bought for my parents to ensure safety during covid. My mom had to go and dress her 1st to be able to accept the parcel. He called me shouting saying I am here and when I told him my mom busy dressing her and will be out now he just hung up. I understand that they have a target etc but if it's for old frail clients then I expect a bit of compassion and respect. 1st time I get such bad service from your drivers. I have none of his details but my ID should show that my order was delivered today and who delivered it.
