Poor Delivery Service for the courier used

I am a very customer - My delivery is out of breach with the delivery terms and condition of Takealot.The order page does not allow me to reschedule my delivery. Both takealot support and delivery is not picking the call and emails.I have been trying to make contact since the 5th February.
