Poor delivery service

I purchased a phone on the 15th of April, delivery was scheduled for 25 April.It has now been pushed back to 3 May.This is so pathetic, Why buy something and hoping that you will get your products in time. First they blocked my own account on their site for any purchases and then I had to use my father's account to be able to buy the phone.This is my last time ordering from them.When I checked how far my order is,it shows that is not yet even shipped.How long must we wait
