POOR DELIVERY SERVICE

Received SMS that package would be delivred before 17:00 on 19/05/22. To date nothing received. Phoned Takealot, according to the agent package will only be delivered on Tuesday, 24th of May. Why changing the date of delivery, and not notifying me?
