Poor delivery service and worse customer care.

First they changed the delivery date from a Monday to a Sunday (when I was out) and only let me know on the Sunday, then they didn't deliver my order by the time they said they would on the Monday, then they call me to reschedule for the Wednesday. I wait and wait for the delivery, only to get an email telling me my order is cancelled.

Absolutely pathetic customer service.
