Poor delivery service

I've always used takealot in the past. Never had any problems. Today is the 3rd time in a row this month that my orders are not delivered on time/ got lost/ delivered at incorrect courier facility. I ordered in advance so I could have the items BEGIRE CHRISTMAS. Sick and tired of them now
