Poor Delivery Service!

I am extremely disappointed and furious as this is the first time I ordered from this company and the delivery service is horrible. They messaged me early this morning saying my package wil be delivered before 5pm..so I messaged them back saying I will be home at 2pm. Now the delivery guy calls me at 09:40 saying his at my house.. People work during the day guys! Like seriously! Get better communication with clients and drivers! Now I have to drive to the warehouse to collect my goods
