Poor delivery service

I selected Same day delivery. It was not delivered. I received a message to say "Delivery refused by Recipient" REALLY? Today it was delivered. But my box with wine was "Lost in transit" REALLY? Unfortunately it is now sold out, so I got refunded.

And my other package is taped over the Takealot tape with clear packing tape, where the Takealot tape was opened. Very suspicious. Nothing is missing, but I do not feel comfortable with this. I guess the driver was looking for more wine?
