Poor delivery service

I ordered several products through the online store Takealot and it seems that based on their track record one would think that they'd be offering a good service especially through the lockdown period. I can say that I am more than dissapointed in this delivery service as I ordered a Samsung phone and checked the tracking on it and it said that the package would be delivered on 5th May before 5pm. It is now almost 6pm and I have still not received my package. I am very disappointed with the service and cannot wait till my next package is delivered to deregister from the site. I spent over R5000 on products and was contemplating purchasing a laptop, well I think NOT After this experience. Bad service
