Poor delivery service!!!

On the 13th of December 2024 I ordered a fridge of my 66 old mother . It was scheduled to be delivered on 24th of December 2024 . Til today I have not received the fridge. I have called and emailed them than I was given new delivery date which was 30 of December but I didn’t receive the order, yet you have Ilse S and Sandiso D promising that I will receive the order on the 30 still no fridge. My 66 old mother festive was a mess I can’t buy her meat or any chilled stored items due the inconvenience. This has frustrated my mother so much we lost R500 on meat she had to gave it anyway due the fridge not being delivered!!!
