Poor delivery service

Really not impressed. I ordered 2 items through takealot and I have been waiting 4 days for my delivery, someone has been home expecting the delivery the entire time yet no one has come. Today I get a call to ask if I still want my order as the driver claims no one was here when he tried to deliver when in fact he has never come! If I do not receive my order today they are going to cancel my order yet I have been waiting for it the entire time and no one has come to deliver it! How am I supposed to accept my order if it never comes this is ridiculous!! I want my order, I have paid for my order takealot better make sure my order arrives! The other driver managed to deliver my other order on thrusday, then another driver managed to pick up a faulty product on friday yet this driver of this order claims no one was here on thursday, friday and saturday! I have been home all 3 of those days waiting for my order!
