Poor delivery service

What a mess with delivery.

They say they they gonna deliver then they don't.

They schedule for the 26th Oct so I make arrangements to stay at home., then they re-schedule for the 27th without giving reason.

27th they say they couldn't deliver because of insufficient address details with is a lie as I had another Takealot that morning..

They never contacted me to confirm address as the app said they would.

New date made by them for 28th.

Message on app said I was not available to receive on 28th. I was at home the whole day with my phone next to me, eagerly waiting for package (birthday present) needed for tomorrow 29th.

I was supposed to have it 26/27th

So now I must give pictures of birthday present?
