Poor Delivery Service

I'm absolutely livid.

I waited all day for my delivery which was supposed to arrive by 17h00 today. At 16h51 the tracking updates saying they could not deliver because the recipient was unavailable. ****ing lies man! I was home all day, literally glued to my seat waiting on my daughters birthday gifts to be delivered then I get this bull**** 9 minutes befor 5PM? I call customer service, get a measly apology and then get told delivery will take place tomorrow. So my little girl has to now wake up and wait on her gifts tomorrow.

You need to check your drivers. Lying like this and inconveniencing me who will have to explain tomorrow why my daughters gifts are still on their way.

This is my last time ordering from you people. Absolute ******* man.
