Poor delivery service

I placed an order on takealot for arrival on Thursday. When I was trying to track the delivery on the app it told me no one was available to collect the order even though I had been home since morning. No one called me to inform me they were here for delivery and when I call into the call centre 5 different people try to assist me however keep giving me false hope that the driver is coming back. No one calls me back after they have followed up on the incident and I have to waste my breath everytime calling in to ask what the status of my delivery is. I only placed this order as I was under the impression that it would arrive before I left and to my dismay clearly it won't be. Do not make promises you cannot keep or uphold as this really adds a bad taste to your reputation. Don't think I'll ever be using takealot as my go to online shopping platform. Really really disappointed and upset about this.
