Poor delivery service

<p>Delivery guy wouldn't wait 5 minutes for me to arrive at reception, so I have to wait a whole day for him to come back. Not fair at all. Now he costs the company he works for double the time, fuel and effort, because he wouldn't wait 5 minutes, plus they have a very unhappy customer. (Order nr ********** )</p>
