Poor delivery quality

Ordered a Venta Airwasher 45 and purchase and delivery was quick, but the box was crushed in the middle and missing 1 of the water treatment bottle's had fallen out (one of the holes on the side) when received and opened.

Poor handling for such an expensive item.
