Poor delivery order ***5

Pathetic delivery service. My delivery was scheduled for 09/01/2019 that date was not met because I provided an incorrect cell number. Then I was prommised delivery of 10 Jan but still nothing. E mails were sent for 11 Jan delivery but still nothing happened. I called Takealot about 5 times on Friday and the was a time when they said definetly Skynet will deliver before 19:00 on Friday 11 Jan but still nothing. At 18:55 when I called I was then informed that Skynet doesn't deliver on weekends. I very disappointed with Takealot.com on this pathetic service because I felt that the call centre agents were washing their hands and shifting the blame to Skynet but to my support my contract is with Takealot.com and not Skynet.
