poor delivery of goods

First I had trouble with payment when paid it was not allocated to my orders no call or sms from delivery and have been waiting for two orders for weeks now! i need my baby motor security camera and my fan/cooler!

i am so upset about this experience -they normally are not so bad! poor service and delivery
