Poor delivery, not meeting goals set.

Ive placed a few orders through Takealot.

Not a serial shopper, but I have a growing wishlist and an order frequency thats picking up.

But I have to say, Takelot, your contact us page and delivery scheduling sucks.

Last order was delayed past the advised delivery day - potential issue, these things happen.

But on my current order, I was advised that before 17H00 on the 20th of Feb. By 21h00, I have no communication from your company.

Eventually, smses come through stating late delivery.

Delivery rescheduled for the 21st. Its now 14h30.

If there is no delivery by COB on the 21st of February, you can cancel the order and refund my payment.
