Poor delivery / Items not delivered

<p>Just a terrible experience over the past few times that I've ordered. In a previous order the makeup I ordered was completely broken and lipstick melted. With the last order I placed some of the items I had paid for never arrived with my parcel after it took about a month to be delivered. The subtotal on my invoice still included the items that weren't delivered. So disappointing...</p>
