Poor Delivery Commitment

On 03 April 2025 I bought a perfume on the Takealot app and opted for R40 next day collection. On the afternoon of 04 April I logged on the app. to check if the item was ready for collection but to my surprise I found that the item will only be available on 16 April 2025. Why give customers an option for next day collection if you know you will not fulfill that commitment? If I knew I would have chosen the equally ridiculous standard collection fee which is also not justifiable. Seriously considering deleting the app. from my phone and stop doing business with Takealot.
