Poor delivery

For the second time in 2 weeks, they have delivered my parcels to the wrong house and these parcels have supposedly been signed for by me, according to the app. If the person that received them wasn't honest, I would be out of pocket thousands of rands.

When raising complaints, they simply don't answer or return to me after saying that they have taken it up with the relevant delivery branch.
