Poor delivery and unable to contact takealot for help

I ordered and it was delivered on the 27th nov signed and accepted by domestic Peter. I dont have a domestic called Peter, and I was in my residence at the time of the delivery. Ever since I have tried many times to contact takelot by contact on their help forum and phone calls which are NEVER answered.
