Poor delivery and service

I ordered some stuff on takealot on 21 November 2019 they notified me it will be shipped tomorrow and delivery will occur on Friday , magically the order date was moved to 10 December 2019 . I also ordered again on the 29 th and the date showed 11 December but estimate is 5 days for delivery . I have emailed them crazy and still no reply or changes has been made this is the worst place they don't care about their customer service or assistance it's only as long as their is cash , corporate business doesn't care . Won't ever recommend them to any further
