Poor delivery and customer service

This is the second time that i have plaxed an order from takealot and their expected delivery date keeps on moving. The courier company thatbis being used ia absolutely useless and the customer service line for takealot is so rude and should not be dealing with customer complaints. I will not be using takealot again as i get better service from overseas companies like Amazon who deliiver when expected and often quicker than takealot.
