Poor delivery

Takealot, apparently, tried three times to deliver our order. The first, on Tuesday 4 Sept when everyone was at work. No attempt to arrange a mutually convenient time for delivery. The same story the next day, attempted delivery at 9h12. Apparently they attempted again @ 15h14, nut no one home. Not so. There was someone at home, the delivery person ****. Saturday the 9th, apparently two attempts to deliver. Could not fins anybody home. That is again a lie as there was someone at home the while day! Now they have cancelled the order. Furthermore, it is impossible to contact Takealot. No call details on the website and the number you are called from does not accept return calls.
