Poor delivery

I placed an order on 9 March 2020, which I was advised delivery for collection will take place 18 March 2020. Its been 2 days and no reason for no delivery. Takealot is unreachable and so is Mr Delivery Kenilworth where my parcel is held up. We order things online and accept delivery dates based on what is provided to us. I need my parcel before a certain time and I cant seem to get in touch with anyone from Takealot. I find this unacceptable and require assistance asap.
